Charlie Brown once said … “the summer runs and the winter walks…”
At JA, we couldn’t agree more, as the start of the school year is already upon us!

VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY NEEDED

JA has two schools in immediate need of volunteers. The first school is Teller Elementary, located at 1150 Garfield St. We need nine volunteers to teach JA-In-A-Day to K-5th grade classes at Teller Elementary on Friday, September 28th!

The second school is Ridge View Academy in Watkins, CO. We need volunteers to teach JA-In-A-Day to students in grades 9-12 on November 2nd at Ridge View. The curriculum will focus on budgeting, credit and interview skills.

If you are able to help JA meet the volunteer need at either of these schools, please contact Melissa Canaday at 303-628-7364 or mcanaday@jacolorado.org.
